Non-Vacuum Serum Separator Tube
For serum determinations in chemistry, immunology and serology.
Description
- Contain an inert polymer gel that separates the serum from the blood clot during centrifugation, preventing contamination of the serum.
- Made of transparent polypropylene for easy visibility of blood samples PET.
- Immediately after draw, gently invert the tube 8-10 times in order to activate adequate anticoagulant.
- To obtain serum, tube should be allowed to stand for 30 minutes or until the clot is formed.
- Centrifugation: 1800-2200g for 8-15 minutes at 18-25° C.
